about why, where, when or for that matter how long .... the bottomline is, the sooner you break the habit, the less difficult life will be for you and those around you.
Tobacco use, which includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes and smokeless tobacco is known to cause:
* cancer ~ oral and lung to start (I've personally seen oral cancer spread to the brain from smokeless tobacco)
* lung disease
* heart disease
* periodontal disease which leads to bone and tooth loss prohibiting successful gum therapies and implants to replace the missing teeth
Research has now demonstrated that periodontal disease is linked to cardiovascular disease and diabetes. Diabetes II is now being linked to Alzheimer's. What's a person to do? Well, the choice is yours and yours alone AND I wouldn't base your decision on what somebody else wants you to do. If it were me, the question I'd consider would be: how do I want to spend the latter years of my life? I'm having a great time now AND am I willing to pay the
ultimate price; the quality of life? The answer to that question should determine how you proceed from here.
Another consideration has to do with the people in your life. Quality of life includes quality interaction. Generally, people who living with a debilitating illness are not the happiest people. How do you want to spend time with your
loved ones as you get older?
Please understand, my intention is to raise awareness; to get 'you' thinking about your choices. Whatever choice you make, as long as you are aware of all consequences, then you are making a decision that best suits you and no one can fault you for that :)
On the other hand, if quitting is something you're entertaining, essential oil therapy is an excellent choice to assist you systemically and emotionally as you go through this transition. I also encouage and offer coaching of a
spiritual / heart nature which eases you through the process even more with love for yourself and the power to enjoy life fully.
